1. Who we are
The Million Dollar Machine ("MDM," "we," "us") is a program created by Brittany Lewis and operated by Be A Wolf Biz. It includes the 3-day challenge, the paid membership, the member portal, our AI coach Millibot, and the member community (together, the "Program").
2. For educational purposes only
The Program is an educational, self-reflection experience designed to help you notice the patterns, beliefs and internal operating rules that may be shaping your business and life. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
3. Not therapy
Millibot is not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor or licensed mental health professional, and neither is the community. If you're going through a mental health crisis or need professional support, please reach out to a qualified provider. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 any time.
4. Personal responsibility
You're responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. Any choices you make based on insights from the Program, Millibot or the community are entirely your own.
5. AI limitations
Millibot is designed to give thoughtful, personal responses, but it's powered by artificial intelligence. It can misunderstand you, make mistakes, or say something inaccurate. Always use your own judgment on important decisions. Please don't share passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers or other highly sensitive information with it.
6. No guarantees
The Program is designed to increase self-awareness and support personal growth. Everyone's experience is different. No financial, business, personal or emotional results are guaranteed, and any examples or stories we share are not a promise of what you'll achieve.
7. Your account
You sign in with a secure link sent to your email. Your access is personal to you, so please don't share your account or sign-in links. We may suspend access that's being shared or misused.
8. Purchases and the membership
- The challenge is a one-time purchase that gives you access to the challenge content and Challenge Millibot.
- The membership is a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout, on the same schedule, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing in the portal, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause membership access until it's sorted out.
- If we ever change the membership price, we'll let you know before it applies to you.
- No refunds. Because these are digital products you get access to right away, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. Cancelling the membership stops future payments; it doesn't refund past ones.
9. The community
The community is a shared space, and it only works if it feels safe. When you post, please:
- Be kind and respectful, even when you disagree.
- Keep what other members share in the community, in the community. Don't screenshot or repost it elsewhere.
- No harassment, hate, spam, selling or recruiting, or anything illegal.
- Only post things you have the right to share.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you let us show it to other members in that space as part of running the Program. Brittany hosts the community and may feature, pin or remove posts, and we may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
10. Respectful use
The Program is provided for your personal use. You agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, publish, scrape, train AI models on, or create derivative products from Millibot, its prompts, workflows, instructions or conversations, or any of the Program's materials. You also agree not to try to get around Millibot's safeguards or access parts of the Program you haven't purchased.
11. Intellectual property
Millibot, The Million Dollar Machine, and all prompts, workflows, videos, audio, written materials, branding, concepts and related intellectual property belong to MDM. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Program. It doesn't transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
12. Availability and changes
Millibot runs on third-party AI technology, so occasional interruptions, outages, changes in performance or feature updates may happen outside our control. We may update, improve, change or discontinue parts of the Program at any time. If we discontinue the membership, we'll stop future billing.
13. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Millibot's replies are generated by our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes your messages to respond to you and doesn't use them to train its models.
14. Limitation of liability
The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, MDM and Be A Wolf Biz aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Program, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
15. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let members know in the portal or by email. Continuing to use the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
